People refer to Ron Paul as an underdog to be president of the United States. But he's not an underdog for the reasons they imply. I don't understand why people are so ignorant and negative. Unquestionably he is the most qualified of any other person to head this country. It's almost like the naysayers accept the fact that we are headed on a crash course for hell. This guy is different than any other candidate to have ever run for office, at least since the founding fathers. His voice is strong and his voting record proves it. He holds strong to the constitution and never waveres. Atypical compared the the ding dong sell outs that comprise 99% of the house.
You know, I have to admit I have been pretty ignorant about politics. It always brings with it it's stigma of lies and deceit. I can see that same apathy in others too, I guess I was lucky enough to catch the fire recently. But there are a few points that I would like to address. First, it seems more often than not everyone I talk to, really enjoys the principles Dr. Paul speak about. In fact, they feel the liberty that resonates through his message. Here is the mysterious thing. They say something in effect. "I wouldn't vote for him because it would steal a vote from "Mcdirty" and elect a democrat." I've heard some pretty intelligent people say this. I have to say that those same people just exhibited a high degree of ignorance and a lack of intergrity! If everyone of those people would follow their first inclination and advocate the great doctor (Ron Paul) then truly the voice of the people could take the underdog and and place him at the pinnacle of the spotlight. I once heard a statistic that 60% of "the people" were not happy with their choice of presidential candidates. humm. Probably because they are both retards!
Just to give you an idea, I'm reading Ron Paul's book entitled "A Foreign Policy of Freedom". I had no clue that our own government causes more problems in the world than all of the other 189 nations combined! That statement is my own opinion from what I've read in the first 14 pages of his book. It is however, transparent that the voice of the people has not been the guiding light for a long time now. What was a once established repulic has turned into a country ran democracy in the house of represenatives. Pathetic and sad. The founders I'm sure are in awe of what happened to their framework they took so long to structure. There is no question that evil men are at the helm now.

Andy, I appreciate your appetite for knowledge and learning. You're not afraid to be enlightened! Thank you for making us aware of the corruption in government, which is worse than any of us imagined! It helps to know WHO is in charge, but does not take away our responsibility to do our best at finding the truth and doing our part to make the truth obvious to all! Hopefully, everyone will vote this fall, but it is now down to the lesser of two evils, eh? ~DC
